A few pictures, including me, red faced, at the
top of a long, but not that steep drag up to
Hanchurch woods (pic left). The bike is my
90's Dawes Galaxy, replete with stone like leather
saddle.
The field is on the way to Whitmore from the
A51. Didn't qute capture the Moon and an
underlining jet vapor trail as sharply as I'd have
liked to on my new 1.3 mega pixel phone.
Distance: 20 miles.
Mark and James completed a 25 miler, setting
out an hour or so before me, taking in
Eccleshall, a beer and Sandon. James suffering a
bit from numb hands and Mark from numb 'chaps',
prompting a switch from his much loved
ancient leather saddle to a prostate friendly
spongy job.
